Manager/Escrow Officer

geneva@batcobrenham.com

Geneva began working for Brenham Abstract in 2014. Prior to becoming the Manager, she has worn many hats in the company. From order set-up to policy production, she has done a little bit of everything. Geneva was born and raised in Brenham. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Sam Houston State University in 2009.  While Geneva now holds the role as Manager, she still enjoys being in the closing room. Meeting new people and listening to stories about their homes, old and new, is one of the best parts of her job. She appreciates the small role she plays in every transaction. Geneva and her husband, John, have three fur-babies who they love spending time with!  They all enjoy being outdoors. Every summer they head to the mountains for some hiking! Geneva’s favorite place to visit, so far, is Rocky Mountain National Park in Colorado. Geneva loves her hometown and being able to give back to her community. She and John are both actively involved in their home churches, Brenham Presbyterian Church and Christ Lutheran Church. Geneva also teaches dance and enjoys participating in events celebrating Brenham’s history and working with the youth of the community, such as Local History Day and Maifest.
